Irma Chaverria

Irma Chaverria is a dedicated loss mitigation specialist with extensive experience in short sale and deed-in-lieu processes. Currently employed at CIT Bank since June 2009 as a Short Sale/Deed-in-lieu Specialist IV, Irma manages a portfolio of up to 150 accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction from initial request to closing. Prior experience includes a role at Spherion Staffing as an Assistant to Short Sale Negotiator and a Shift Manager at McDonald's, where Irma supervised staff and trained new employees. Additional experience includes an internship in the Legal Documents Department at the Consulate General of Mexico and mentoring at Linder Elementary School. Irma holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Business from St. Edward's University.
