João Rodrigues

João Rodrigues is a seasoned Product Design Manager at CI&T since August 2020, leading design teams and supporting Itaú as a corporate partner. João co-founded Design Base, a training program for emerging designers, and serves as a Career Advisor in Design and UX Research. Previously, João held the positions of UX Designer and Specialist Lead at CI&T, focusing on enhancing customer experiences through strategic planning and high-fidelity prototyping. João has also contributed to education as a UX/UI Design teacher at Coderhouse Brasil and Cubos Academy. Prior experience includes roles as UX Design Lead at Ericsson, coordinating teams and projects for major clients, and various design positions at Rakuten Marketing, Abril, and Fast Shop. João holds degrees in Service Design, Business in Digital Media, and Visual Design.
