Luis Fernando Lima

Luis Fernando Lima serves as the Head of Digital Strategy at CI&T since January 2022, leading digital initiatives and value delivery for esteemed Brazilian clients. Prior to this role, Luis held various leadership positions at Dextra from January 2010 to December 2021, including Head of Digital Transformation and Technical Solutions Manager, where responsibilities encompassed scaling digital product frameworks and fostering collaboration across multidisciplinary teams. Luis began the career as a Developer, gathering experience in multiple technical roles, which established a strong foundation for advancing to management and strategic positions. Luis earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the Universidade de São Paulo (USP) between 2006 and 2010.
