Chelsea Barton

Chelsea Barton is a Clinical Coordinator and Assistant Professor of the Occupational Therapy Assistant Program at Daytona State College since January 2023. Concurrently, Chelsea serves as a PRN Occupational Therapist at Citadel Care Centers and previously held the position of Occupational Therapist at Dynamic Strides Therapy, LLC from October 2019 to December 2022. Chelsea's extensive experience includes roles at Family Home Health Services, Opis Senior Services Group as Lead Occupational Therapist, and travel assignments through Med Travelers and Arrow Rehabilitation. Chelsea has expertise in patient care, therapy team supervision, fieldwork education, and the utilization of various documentation software. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Occupational Therapy from Florida International University and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from the University of South Florida.
