Jessica Didonato

Jessica DiDonato serves as a Market Manager at Citadel Credit Union, having held multiple positions within the organization since December 2012, including Member Care Manager and Manager of the Outbound Contact Center. In these roles, Jessica has developed outbound call strategies aligned with corporate goals, managed various call campaigns, and focused on coaching and developing staff to enhance sales and customer satisfaction. Prior to joining Citadel Credit Union, Jessica gained experience at Hudson Valley Federal Credit Union from October 2009 to October 2012, where positions included Senior Account Specialist and Contact Center Specialist. Jessica holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Finance, earned between 2005 and 2009.
