Gongguo Tang

Gongguo Tang has a diverse work experience spanning multiple prestigious institutions. They began their professional career as a Research Assistant at Washington University in St. Louis in 2006. From there, they worked as a Postdoctoral Research Associate at the University of Wisconsin-Madison from 2011 to 2013. Following this, they served as a Visiting Scholar at UC Berkeley in 2013. Continuing their academic journey, Gongguo became an Assistant Professor at Colorado School of Mines in 2014, transitioning to the role of Associate Professor in 2020. In 2021, they joined the University of Colorado Boulder as an Associate Professor until 2023. Currently, Gongguo is employed at Citadel Securities as a Quantitative Researcher, starting in 2023.

Gongguo Tang obtained a PhD in Electrical Engineering from Washington University in St. Louis, from the year 2006 to 2011.
