Johnnie L.

Johnnie L. has a range of work experience in the field of technology and support. Johnnie began their career as an IT Support Engineer at Dairy Farm Group in January 2018 and worked there until October 2018. After that, Johnnie worked at IBM (Kelly Services Hong Kong) as an Application Support Engineer from October 2018 to August 2019. In 2019, they joined Contineo as an Application Support Engineer and remained there until June 2021. Following that, Johnnie served as a Trading System Support at ECLIPSE OPTIONS LIMITED from June 2021 to June 2022. Currently, they are working at Citadel Securities as a Site Reliability Engineer, starting in September 2022.

Johnnie L. obtained a Bachelor's degree in E-logistics and Technology Management from the City University of Hong Kong, where they studied from 2013 to 2017. In addition to their degree, they have several certifications, including [PCAP-31-03] PCAP – Certified Associate in Python Programming from the Python Institute which they obtained in September 2021, Google IT Automation with Python from Coursera obtained in September 2020, Docker Essentials: A Developer Introduction, IBM Cloud Essentials, and IBM Cloud Kubernetes Service from IBM obtained in July 2019, Oracle Certified Associate, Java SE 8 Programmer from Oracle obtained in October 2018, and Cisco Certified Network Associate Routing and Switching (CCNA Routing and Switching) from Cisco obtained in August 2018.
