Margot Dijkstra

Margot Dijkstra is a Systematic Trader at Citadel Securities, a position held since November 2021. Prior to this role, Margot was a Trader at Quantlab Group from July 2018 to October 2021, contributing to a technology-driven quantitative trading operation. Margot's experience also includes a brief tenure as a Business Analyst at Deloitte in 2018. Margot holds a Master of Science in Quantitative Risk Management from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, completed in 2018, as well as a Bachelor's Degree in Economics & Business Economics with a focus on Quantitative Finance from the same institution, earned in 2016. Margot's educational background also includes a Gymnasium Beta diploma from Bernardinuscollege, attained in 2009.
