Ryan Yuanyi Zhu

Ryan Yuanyi Zhu has a diverse work experience, with roles at companies such as Citadel Securities, Goldman Sachs, Baidu, Inc., and Microsoft. Ryan Yuanyi started their career at Microsoft as a Software Developer Engineer Intern, where they worked on the development of the MPI Cluster Debugger feature for Visual Studio. Ryan Yuanyi then interned at Baidu, Inc. as a Research and Development Engineer, focusing on backend development for the Similar Image Detection feature of the Japanese Image Search. At Goldman Sachs, Ryan held multiple roles, including Associate in the Futures Clearing Technology division, where they worked on the development of matching engines for Asia emerging markets. Ryan Yuanyi also served as an Associate in the Goldman Sachs Electronic Trading (GSET) Technology division, specializing in Order Management System development. Most recently, Ryan joined Citadel Securities as a Senior Developer and later transitioned to a Quantitative Researcher role.

Ryan Yuanyi Zhu completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Computer Science from Fudan University, starting in 2003 and ending in 2007. Ryan Yuanyi then went on to pursue a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Computer Science from the same university, starting in 2007 and finishing in 2010.
