Xiaozhuo (Jenny) Xia has a diverse range of work experience. In 2019, they worked as a Summer Intern at Deloitte China and also completed an Investment Banking Internship at CITIC Securities. In 2021, they were an Investment Analyst at WE Capital. Currently, they are a Rates Trading Intern at Citadel Securities.

Xiaozhuo (Jenny) Xia's education history begins in 2018 when they enrolled at UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School. Xiaozhuo (Jenny) pursued a bachelor's degree in Business Administration & Statistics Analytics, completing their studies in 2022. During their time at UNC Kenan-Flagler, they gained valuable knowledge in various aspects of business and analytics.

In 2020, Xiaozhuo had the opportunity to broaden their academic experience by becoming an exchange student at the Guanghua School of Management, Peking University.
