Zhen Zhang

Zhen Zhang started working as a Software Engineer Intern at Microsoft in June 2019, where they were part of the Bing Multimedia Relevance Team. During their internship, they developed natural language processing models for Bing text search ranker and trained high-performing models using triplet loss embeddings and knowledge distillation. Following their internship, in February 2020, Zhen Zhang joined Citadel Securities as a Quantitative Researcher. No end date was provided for their role at Citadel Securities.

Zhen Zhang completed a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Science and Technology of China from 2010 to 2014. Following this, from 2014 to 2019, Zhen pursued a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering at Washington University in St. Louis.
