Afton Siebern

Afton Siebern currently serves as Head of People for both People, Equity Quant Research and Core Engineering at Citadel since March 2022. Prior to this role, Afton held the position of Senior HR Business Partner at Adobe for a brief period following the acquisition of Frame.io in October 2021. During Afton's tenure at Frame.io from August 2018 to November 2021, responsibilities included serving as HR Business Partner for the CRO and GTM teams, as well as overseeing people operations, employee experience, and office management as Director of HR. Additional experience includes serving as HR Business Partner at Outbrain, Senior HR Generalist and HR Generalist at AKQA, and HR Associate and HR Coordinator at VerticalResponse. Afton holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies from the University of California, Berkeley.
