Jared Schraub

Jared Schraub is an accomplished software engineer with extensive experience in leading and developing impactful software solutions. Currently serving as a Staff Software Engineering Lead/Manager at Citadel since January 2020, Jared has significantly improved the Talent Management System and built core applications utilized across the organization. Prior to Citadel, experience included a Software Engineer II role at Microsoft, where contributions involved creating inclusive language analysis tools and enhancing user interfaces for various products. Earlier roles encompassed positions at Digital Primates, T-Mobile USA, Inc., and an internship at SonicWALL, Inc., supporting diverse projects in software development and UI design. Jared holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Computer Science from Western Washington University.
