Rohan Kodialam

Rohan Kodialam is a seasoned professional in the field of artificial intelligence and data strategy, currently serving as the Head of AI Development in the Data Strategies Group at Citadel since June 2018. In this role, Rohan leads the research and prototyping of AI solutions, focusing on transforming unstructured information into actionable insights while leveraging petabyte-scale data streams for accurate forecasting across various asset classes. Prior experience includes a Machine Learning Internship at Affera, Inc., where Rohan developed algorithms to measure treatment effects of medical devices, and a Research Internship at Nokia Bell Labs, where simulations for wave propagation in fiber-optic cables were built. Rohan also interned at Princeton Plasma Physics Laboratory, conducting experiments to improve fusion reactor efficiency. Rohan holds a Master of Engineering in Artificial Intelligence and a Bachelor’s degree in Physics, Computer Science, and Electrical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, along with a high school education from High Technology High School.
