Todd Barker

Todd Barker serves as a Special Advisor at Citadel.

Todd has provided more than 15 years of leadership at Citadel, most recently as Head of Surveyor Capital. Todd first joined Citadel in 2004 as an Analyst on the Event Driven team and was appointed Head of Global Equities Primary Strategies in 2005. In 2009, he was promoted to Portfolio Manager and in 2012 was named Regional Co-Head of Global Equities San Francisco. Todd joined Surveyor Capital in 2016 and led the business for 5 years. Prior to joining Citadel, Todd served as a Financial Analyst for the Investment Banking and Equity Capital Markets divisions of Goldman, Sachs & Co.

Todd served as an advisory board member for the Mgrublian Center for Human Rights at Claremont McKenna College and received a bachelor’s degree from Claremont McKenna College.
