Shashil Dalvi

Shashil Dalvi has a diverse range of work experience spanning over two decades. Shashil started their career as a Project Trainee at the Center for Development of Advanced Computing (C-DAC), where they worked on the development of India's first supercomputer. Shashil then joined Infosys Technologies Ltd as a Software Engineer, where they worked on various products and was responsible for software design, development, and testing.

After that, Shashil worked as a Software Design Engineer at Snaiso Communications, where they designed, tested, and marketed a security software package. Shashil also provided demonstrations and information sessions to customers and created testing tools for product implementation.

Shashil then joined Auburn University as a Web Design and Development professional, where they successfully designed and developed a custom website and database for the Department of Special Education. Their work on this project earned him an inventors award and the product was copyrighted.

Shashil's next role was at Commerce Networks, where they worked as a Programmer Analyst for a short period of time.

Shashil then joined AMD, first as a Product Development Manager and later transitioning into Business Development and Product Management roles. During their time at AMD, they achieved significant cost savings and improved metrics for the organization's products.

After AMD, Shashil joined Dell Technologies as a Global Product Manager, and then Cox Automotive Inc. as a Product Management Lead.

Currently, they are the Head of Product at Citalid, where they are responsible for overseeing the product development and strategy.

Shashil Dalvi holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Management from the Texas McCombs School of Business. Prior to that, they pursued a MS degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Auburn University. Shashil also obtained a B.E. degree in Electronics and Telecommunications from the Government College of Engineering Pune (GCOEP). In terms of additional certifications, Shashil is a Certified Practitioner of Human-Centered Design from the LUMA Institute, obtained in March 2022. Shashil also holds certifications such as Pragmatic Marketing (Foundations, Focus, Price, Launch) from Pragmatic Institute (August 2021), AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in 2020, and Certified Scrum Product Owner® (CSPO®) from Scrum Alliance in 2020.
