Katie Cole

Katie Cole is an experienced professional in the fields of skills engagement and career development, currently serving as the Engagement Team Leader for CITB in Wales since July 2016. In this role, Katie focuses on ensuring the construction sector has a capable workforce by engaging young people through school initiatives and collaboration with local stakeholders. Prior to this, Katie held various positions at Chwarae Teg, including Employer Partner and Senior Project Officer, where responsibilities included delivering business consultancy and leading projects aimed at promoting gender equality and supporting women in the workplace. Katie's career also includes coordination roles with Bridgend County Borough Council and Rhondda Cynon Taff County Borough Council. Academic achievements include a Postgraduate Diploma in Careers Guidance and multiple certifications in leadership and management.
