Shrikant Pillay

Shrikant Pillay has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Shrikant is currently working at Citec Group as a Lead Design Engineer, where they are responsible for maintaining and developing business for Counterbalance products. Shrikant also leads a design team and manages their performance based on management goals.

Earlier in their career, Shrikant worked as a Project Engineer at Cargotec Corporation, where they were responsible for project scheduling, tracking engineering activities, and interacting with design and manufacturing heads.

Shrikant also has experience as a Project Engineer at Aarco Engineering Projects Private Ltd, where they designed HVAC systems and supervised installation and commissioning. Additionally, they worked as a Design Engineer at Larsen & Toubro Limited, where they designed various drawings, developed fabrication drawings, and made proposal drawings for coal gasifiers.
