Carla Freitas Renfield-Miller

Carla Freitas Renfield-Miller serves as the Senior Vice President and Business Connectivity & Diversity Lead for International Franchise Management at Citi, where responsibilities include leading business connectivity initiatives across 98 countries and spearheading diversity initiatives for top executives. Carla has a strong background in managing client relationships and developing strategic communication for executives, and has held various leadership roles within Citi's diversity networks. In addition to extensive experience at Citi, Carla is a Board Member and Diversity Lead for Scholars of Finance and contributes to ALPFA, Inc. Currently, Carla holds an MBA from the University of Michigan and an additional MBA from the University of St. Gallen, with a foundational education in finance and strategy from FGV.
