Heidi Matheny

Heidi Matheny is an accomplished communication professional with extensive experience in various roles at Citi since September 2011, currently serving as VP of Business Communications. In this role, Heidi supports the leadership team by crafting messages and coordinating engagements. Previous positions include Internal Communications Manager, where responsibilities included managing internal communications for the Know Your Customer team, and roles focused on content strategy and user experience for major credit conversion projects. Prior experience includes serving as Coalition Coordinator for PACT Prevention Coalition, Communications Coordinator with The Blood Alliance, and public relations roles at Clockwork Marketing Services and the University of North Florida.
