Jiann Lo

Jiann Lo is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in risk management and internal audit across various industries. Currently serving as Managing Director and Global Head of Quality Assurance in the Enterprise Operations & Technology function at Citi, Jiann rejoined the company in January 2022 to support its transformation journey. Prior to this, Jiann held the position of Executive Vice President and Group Chief Auditor at Shangri-La Group, marking a career expansion into the hospitality sector. Jiann's previous tenure at Citi included multiple leadership roles, notably as Managing Director and Chief Auditor for Singapore and ASEAN, where responsibilities encompassed a wide geographic region. Prior to Citi, Jiann worked at the Royal Bank of Scotland in senior operational and audit roles, and began the professional journey at KPMG as an Audit Manager. Academic credentials include a Kellogg-HKUST Executive MBA, a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance, and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Adelaide.
