Karishma Mathur

Karishma Mathur is an experienced project manager with a strong background in financial institutions and risk management. Currently serving as a Project Manager at ProjectiveGroup since January 2020, Karishma has previously held senior project management roles at HSBC, London Stock Exchange Group, and RBS, among others, focusing on areas such as financial crime risk, cyber security, and product transformation. Notable achievements include leading the Product Transformation Programme at RBS, which aimed to enhance product alignment with customer needs across multiple banking franchises. Karishma began the career in collateral management at Deutsche Bank and has also made significant contributions in project management and business analysis at various renowned banks. Karishma holds a BSc (Hons) in Economics from the University of Wales, Cardiff.
