Malachi Lythgoe

Malachi Lythgoe is a seasoned UX professional with extensive experience in leading user experience design and strategy across various organizations. Currently serving as the UX Director of Strategy and Design at Citi, Malachi oversees a diverse portfolio of credit card and digital lending products for major clients, facilitating the integration of an in-house design team. Previous roles include Head of User Experience at U.S. Bank, where Malachi focused on optimizing user experience architecture, and as Head of Digital Experience & Design for Project NeMo at American Express, leading UX design efforts for a significant modernization initiative. Earlier experience includes management and leadership positions at Retailer Web Services and Target Media Partners, as well as a foundational role as a Senior Graphic Designer at Greensheet Media. Malachi holds a Bachelor of Art Degree in Visual Communication with a focus on Graphic Design from Collins College.
