Olya Ivakhno

Olya Ivakhno is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in product development and agile methodologies. Currently serving as Vice President of Product Development at Citi since September 2023, Olya also holds the position of Enterprise Agility Expert & Team Lead at Boston Consulting Group, where responsibilities include coaching C-level clients on achieving Enterprise Agility and contributing to agile framework development. Previous roles include Senior Client Solutions Manager at LinkedIn, Senior Consultant at Accenture, Watson Consultant at IBM, and Global Innovations Consultant at Atos. Olya's career began with foundational roles in digital marketing and communications, including as Head of the Press Office for a Member of Parliament in Ukraine. Olya's educational background includes Master's degrees from Sciences Po and Taras Shevchenko National University, as well as a scholarship program at New York University focused on digital marketing and communications.
