Sahana Mukherjee, SHRM-SCP, is the Founder and President of Unveiled, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization focused on empowering marginalized groups through sponsorship in professional networks. With extensive experience in human resources, Sahana currently leads HR for Global Wealth & Consumer Banking Technology and Production Management at Citi, where strategic initiatives include organizational design and digital transformation. Sahana has held various senior HR roles at Citi, contributing to inclusion and diversity strategies and leading human capital management across multiple technology sectors. Additionally, Sahana's involvement extends to memberships in prestigious organizations like Forbes Human Resources Council, The PEER 150, and Chief, further solidifying a commitment to advancing women in leadership. Sahana holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from Rutgers University and a Bachelor's degree in Applied Electronics & Instrumentation Engineering from West Bengal University of Technology.
