Thayssa Soares

Thayssa Soares is an accomplished professional in operational risk management with extensive experience at Citi, currently serving as SVP - Operational Risk Senior Officer since October 2021. Thayssa has held progressive roles, including VP - Operational Risk Senior Manager and AVP - Operational Risk Management, demonstrating expertise in risk policy development, taxonomy change management, and data analysis. Previously, Thayssa served as Senior Corporate Manager at Itaú BBA, the largest corporate and investment bank in Latin America, and has experience as an Independent Contractor in operational risk consulting.
