Tim Bowring

With more than 25 years of experience, Tim leads the team of real estate and private equity experts in Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

Previously, Tim was a partner at a major European property consultancy where he advised predominantly private investors on their acquisitions, sale and suitability of commercial real estate opportunities throughout the UK and across all sectors of the commercial market. He also advised several clients over the construction of major property portfolios.

Tim has a BSc Hons in Estate Management from the University of Westminster and is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and a member of the Investment Property Forum.
