Vartika Ambwani

Vartika Ambwani currently serves as the Head of Partnerships & Innovation at Citi since January 2024, leading a global strategic partnerships team focused on corporates with annual revenues between $25M and $3B. Prior to this role, Vartika was an Executive Director at Silicon Valley Bank from 2018 to 2023, where significant contributions were made to supporting the innovation ecosystem through tailored banking products. Vartika also served as an Expert Network Advisor at First Round Capital and a FinTech Advisor/Mentor at 500 Startups, providing insights on sales strategies and fundraising to early-stage companies. Earlier experience includes leading marketplace operations at RealtyShares and financial operations at Earnest Inc., which was recognized for its innovation in consumer lending. Vartika's career began at Scotiabank, where various strategic operations roles were held from 2011 to 2015. Vartika is a Chartered Professional Accountant and a Ryerson University alumnus.
