Sara Phelan

Sara Phelan has extensive experience in the behavioral health field, currently serving as the Director of Behavioral Health at Citizen Advocates, Inc. since March 2021. Phelan has held various leadership roles within the organization, including Associate Director for the Behavioral Health Adirondack Region, Clinic Manager, and Customer Support Manager. Prior to this, Phelan worked at St. Lawrence Health as a Practice Manager from March 2016 to March 2021, showcasing a strong background in managing healthcare operations and support services.
