Adam Steinman

Adam Steinman is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in managing IT operations and support. Currently serving as an IT Manager at Citizen since November 2021, Adam has developed standard operating procedures for IT helpdesk tickets, negotiated contracts with SaaS vendors, and guided technical aspects during acquisitions. Prior experience includes roles as a Senior IT Support Engineer at Flexport, where Adam managed SaaS tools and led IT projects, as well as positions at POPSUGAR and Baked by Melissa, where technological solutions and operations project management were key focuses. Adam began a career at Apple Retail, accumulating various roles that built a foundation in customer support and operations. Adam holds a BA in Communications from Adelphi University.
