Fraser Ross

Fraser Ross currently serves as the Head of Digital and Technology at Citizens Advice Scotland, a position held since October 2022. Prior to this, Fraser Ross was the Head of Information Technology at the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland from October 2004 to October 2022, where responsibilities included delivering technology solutions for a complex institution with over 3000 users and a significant turnover. Fraser Ross's career also includes roles as IT Manager and Management Information Systems Developer, overseeing the development of various systems and liaising with external agencies. Early experience at Inventec involved the creation and maintenance of in-house software systems, enhancing operational efficiency. Fraser Ross holds an MBA from The Open University and a Post Graduate Diploma in Information Technology from the University of the West of Scotland.
