Leanne Dullard has over 15 years of experience in operational management and customer service. Currently serving as Operations Team Leader at Citizens Advice since December 2017, Leanne previously held the position of Senior Operations Officer within the same organization. Prior to this, Leanne spent over 11 years at Agilisys, where responsibilities included Client Services Manager, Customer Service Manager, Team Manager, and Customer Service Advisor positions, demonstrating a strong progression through various levels of customer service and operations management.
