Stacy Gear

Stacy Gear's work experience includes serving as the Senior Vice President/Chief Development Officer at Citizens Bank of Kansas since 2014. Before that, they worked at Legasus Group as a Senior Family Business Advisor from 2005 to 2014. In this role, they provided strategic thinking, planning, operational implementation, leadership development, and transition planning for a diverse mix of owners and executive managers. Stacy also focused on developing professionals within client organizations in areas such as strategy and execution, leadership, management, communications, and personal effectiveness.

Stacy Gear obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) degree from Avila University from 2002 to 2005. Stacy then pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Wichita State University from 2009 to 2011. Additionally, they obtained various certifications, including the SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from SHRM in June 2015, the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR®) Certification from the HR Certification Institute (HRCI) in December 2014, and the Certified Process Communications Model (PCM) Trainer certification from Kahler Communications in December 2008.
