Sarah Oberthaler

Sarah Oberthaler has a diverse work experience starting in 2002. Sarah began their career as a Human Resources Manager at Badger Color Concentrates, where they worked from September 2002 to June 2005. Following this, they joined WaterStone Bank as a Human Resources Generalist from June 2005 to March 2007. In March 2007, they took on the role of Vice President - Human Resources at Citizens Bank - WI, where they worked until January 2020. Sarah then became Chief Administrative Officer at Citizens Bank - WI from January 2020 to January 2021, and currently holds the position of Senior Vice President - Chief Administrative Officer since January 2021.

Sarah Oberthaler completed their Juris Doctor degree in Employment Law at Marquette University Law School. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Business Management and Human Resources from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
