Shannon Stahley

Shannon Stahley has a diverse range of work experience, primarily focusing on corporate affairs, corporate development, and external relations. Shannon began their career in 2002 at Citizens Energy Group, where they held various roles including Director of Corporate & Public Affairs, Associate Director of Corporate Affairs, and Senior Manager of Corporate Affairs. In these positions, Shannon represented Citizens at local, state, and federal levels for government and external affairs. Shannon also served as a point of contact for external stakeholders and agencies, developing strong relationships with policymakers and community leaders.

In addition to their corporate affairs roles, Shannon also worked as a Manager of Remediation and Manager of Corporate Development at Citizens Energy Group. During their time in Corporate Development, they led integration efforts for the Citizens Westfield acquisition and managed the profit and loss responsibilities of four Investor Owned Utilities.

Aside from their work at Citizens Energy Group, Shannon served as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Indianapolis from 2012 to 2019.

Shannon Stahley completed their Bachelor's degree in Management and Business from Indiana University Bloomington, from 2000 to 2004. Shannon then pursued a Master's degree in Business from Anderson University, from 2004 to 2006. Additionally, Shannon Stahley attended Russell Martin Leadership Alchemy, although the exact duration and field of study are unknown.
