Al Frias

Al Frias serves as Senior Vice President for Mobile Banking Product & Experience Owner at Citizens, bringing a wealth of experience in consumer servicing and delivery solutions, risk management, and anti-money laundering operations. Prior roles at RBS Citizens Group include Senior Vice President roles in Consumer Core Servicing and Risk for various product lines, as well as Assistant Vice President for AML Operations. Al Frias started the career as a Legal Clerk at the Department of Attorney General in Rhode Island and O'Neil and O'Neil, and gained diverse experience as an Undercover Operative at Data Quest Ltd. Al Frias holds a Juris Doctor degree from Roger Williams University School of Law and is currently enrolled in the Consumer Bankers Association Executive Banking School.
