Ed Bray

Ed Bray possesses extensive experience in collections and recovery strategy across multiple financial institutions. Currently serving as the Head of Collections and Recovery Strategy Analytics, Execution and Reporting at Citizens Bank, Ed previously held the position of SVP Collection Strategy & Analytics at RBS Citizens Financial Group. Additionally, Ed served as Senior Vice President of Collections and Recovery Strategies and Vice President/Loss Prevention Strategies Manager at Bank of America, where a solid foundation was built in loss management. Ed began a career with MBNA, gaining valuable experience as a Senior Personal Banking Officer/Sales Manager and through various roles including Section Manager and Operations Analyst. Ed earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga between 1994 and 1998.
