Erin Donnelly

Erin Donnelly currently serves as the VP, Head of Claims Operations at Citizens, with a tenure starting in August 2016. Donnelly has held various leadership roles within the company, including VP, Experience Owner in Consumer Banking, VP, Sr. Program Manager in the Consumer PMO, and VP, Chief Scrum Master in the Business Transformation Office. Prior to joining Citizens, Donnelly worked at Bank of America from May 2008 to August 2016, where roles included VP, Project Manager in Global Technology and Operations and Analyst. Donnelly earned a Bachelor's degree from the University of Connecticut in 2008.
