Johanna Plank

Johanna Plank is a seasoned professional in data and analytics with extensive experience leading various teams and initiatives at Citizens since October 2018. As the Lead of the Data and Analytics Enablement Center of Excellence, Johanna facilitates training, develops user guides, and fosters a community of practice for data and analytic practitioners. Previous roles include Data Science Manager VP, where Johanna managed teams supporting various consumer banking functions, and Senior Data Scientist VP, focusing on project management and mentorship. Prior to Citizens, Johanna gained experience as a graduate intern at The Ohio State University College of Medicine and served as a lecturer in the Statistics Department. Academic credentials include a Master of Applied Statistics, a Master of Science in Ruminant Nutrition, and a Bachelor of Science in Animal Sciences, complemented by a Business Minor. Currently enrolled in the Consumer Bankers Association Executive Banking School, Johanna continues to enhance professional expertise.
