Natalia Lima, MS, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in community development, education, and philanthropic management. Currently serving as Vice President and Community Development Market Manager II at Citizens Bank since September 2020, Natalia leads activities pertaining to CRA performance and strategy in Rhode Island and Connecticut. As an adjunct faculty member at the Community College of Rhode Island since January 2019, Natalia develops course materials and evaluates student performance in management. Previous roles include Director of Philanthropy at Year Up, where fundraising strategies were implemented, and Donor Relations Officer at United Way of Rhode Island, managing a significant donor affinity group. Academic credentials include a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership & Community Development from Roger Williams University and a Certificate in Leadership from Leadership RI.
