Zachary Rich

Zachary Rich is currently serving as the Chief of Program & Evaluation and Senior Architect of Learning & Evaluation at The New Commonwealth Fund since August 2023. Additionally, Zachary is a Community Advisory Board Member at the Northeastern University Center on Crime, Race, and Justice and has been a Board Member at Citizens for Juvenile Justice since December 2018. Previously, Zachary held various roles at Commonwealth Corporation from January 2014 to August 2023, including Director of Justice-Based Initiatives and Senior Program Manager for SSYI. Earlier in the career, Zachary worked as a Youth Worker at Roca, Inc. from March 2011 to December 2013 and as an Engagement Coordinator at Telegraph Hill Neighborhood Center (TEL HI) from January 2009 to February 2011. Zachary holds a degree from the University of San Francisco, completed in 2008.
