Mark Woods

Mark Woods has a diverse work experience in the banking industry. Mark most recently held the position of Chief Operating Officer at Citizens National Bank. Prior to that, they founded Otter Mountain. During their time at Peoples Bank Texas, they served as the SVP / Operations Officer, SVP / HR Director, and VP / Information Security Officer. Mark also worked as the VP / Operations at FirstBank & Trust, Operations Officer at Sonora Bank, Trust Officer at Texas State Bank, and Information Security Officer at Peoples Bank Texas. Mark began their career as a Banking Officer at Crockett National Bank and later worked as a Product Manager at Texas Trust Credit Union and Teller Supervisor at Bank of Texas.

Mark Woods has a history of pursuing education in the field of finance and management. From 1995 to 2000, they attended Angelo State University and obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on finance and management. In 2006, they briefly attended Texas Tech University for Graduate School of Banking. Later, from 2007 to 2009, they enrolled in the Graduate School of Banking at Colorado, earning a diploma. Additionally, in June 2021, they received certification as an SHRM-CP from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
