Shane M. Moser

Shane M. Moser has extensive experience in the banking industry, working in various roles throughout their career. Shane M. most recently served as a Senior Commercial Relationship Manager at Citizens & Northern Bank since May 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Vice President, Commercial Loan Officer at F.N.B. Corporation from 2016 to May 2021.

Before joining F.N.B. Corporation, Moser worked as a Vice President, Commercial Loan Officer at Metro Bank from 2015 to 2016. In this role, they were responsible for generating, managing, and servicing commercial loan clients in the Lancaster and surrounding area. Shane M. also focused on meeting client cash management challenges through needs-based solutions.

Shane M. managed a client and prospect portfolio to generate a continuous flow of business, focusing on clients with total borrowing needs from $500,000 to $5,000,000.

Moser began their career at York Bank and Trust as a Financial Sales Representative in 1996. In this role, they managed a $8 million full-service branch bank operation in a retail setting. Shane M. identified and maximized client acquisition and retention opportunities for branch revenue growth while also recruiting, training, and supervising a team of five for operational efficiency.

Shane M. Moser obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Economics from Millersville University of Pennsylvania from 1989 to 1994. Following their undergraduate studies, they pursued a Master of Business Administration degree in Business Management and Supply Chain Logistics from Penn State University, which they completed between 2007 and 2010.
