Andrew Dowling

Andrew Dowling is an experienced Information Technology Security Engineer at Citizens Property Insurance Corporation since November 2020. Previously, Andrew served as a Software Engineer at Web.com from November 2015 to November 2020, contributing to the Hermes Team, which focused on an in-house CRM and sales software. Andrew also gained valuable experience through an internship with the ESB department at Web.com. Prior military service includes roles as a Health Service Sergeant in the US Army from June 2006 to July 2015 and as a Healthcare Specialist in the Florida Army National Guard from January 2003 to June 2006. Educationally, Andrew holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from American Military University, earned between 2016 and 2017, and an Associate of Arts in General Studies from the same institution, completed in 2011.
