Wayne Messer

Wayne Messer is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in commercial litigation and claims management. Currently serving as the Commercial Litigation Manager for Citizens Property Insurance Corporation since July 2023, Wayne previously held the position of Litigation Specialist at Claim Questions for Citizens from August 2019 to July 2023, where responsibilities included managing Hurricane Litigation and training for Corporate Representative duties. Prior experience includes serving as the Assistant Vice President of Claims at Southern Oak Insurance Company from February 2006 to August 2019. Wayne holds an Associate of Arts degree in Criminology from Florida State College at Jacksonville.
