Maria MacHtemes

Maria Machtemes has a strong background in retail banking, with their most recent position being Vice President of Retail Banking at Citizens State Bank since 2023. Prior to that, they held the role of Assistant Vice President at the same company from 2020. Maria also has experience as a Personal Banking Officer at Citizens State Bank from 2017 to 2020. Before joining Citizens State Bank, Maria worked at Vermillion State Bank as a Customer Service Manager and Relationship Banker from 2010 to 2017. Their responsibilities included managing customer relationships, loan origination, and staff training. Maria began their career at Starbucks as a Retail Supervisor and Inventory Specialist from 2006 to 2010. Additionally, Maria is also enrolled in the Wisconsin School of Business, working towards a Certificate of Executive Leadership, which they are expected to obtain by 2023 as well.
