Michelle Stark

Michelle Stark, PMP, CPCU, currently serves as the Director of Quality Assurance at Citizens Property Insurance Corporation, with responsibilities focused on the strategic evaluation and planning of quality assurance performance in the Consumer and Agent Services department since June 2011. In addition to this role, Michelle holds the position of Director of Quality Improvement at Citizens Inc. Previously, Michelle worked as a Technical Account Manager at SilkRoad Technology and as the Corporate IT Operations Manager at Taleo, overseeing teams of software/network engineers and providing support to employees globally. Earlier career experience includes managerial positions in customer service and IT helpdesk operations at SourceOne Healthcare Technologies and Prudential Investments. Michelle holds a BA in Business Administration/Human Resources from the University of North Florida and an MBA in Business Administration/Marketing from Jacksonville University.
