Paula Guerrero, CSM, currently serves as Vice President of Information Technology at Citizens Inc., a role held since February 2021, having previously been the Director of Information Technology. Prior to Citizens Inc., Paula held positions at Scott & White Health Plan as IT Director focusing on health plan integration and software development, and at FirstCare Health Plans where responsibilities included Assistant Vice President of Application Services. Additional professional experience includes serving as Senior Manager at Accruent, Software Development Manager at Mitratech, and various roles at BMC Software, including Lead Software Developer. Entrepreneurial experience includes ownership and management of Miraculum Real Property, LP. Educational background features a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Administration with dual majors in Information Systems and Finance from Kettering University.
