Ludi Darmawan

Ludi Darmawan, 47 years old, Citizen of the Republic of Indonesia. He currently served as the Human Resource Director based on the decision of Annual General Meeting of Shareholders held on June 24, 2022, with term period until the closing of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders that will be held on 2025.

The Human Resource Director is in charge of Human Resource Policy and Policy Implementation, Human Resource Competency Development & Organization Structure of the company.

He is not affiliated with Ultimate Shareholders, any member of the Board of Commissioners, and any member of the Board of Directors of PT Citra Tubindo Tbk.
