Raquel Martí Fayos is a seasoned professional in Human Resources and Corporate Learning with extensive experience in managing diversity and inclusion, organizational development, talent training, and HR processes. Currently serving as the Corporate Learning and Development Manager at Citri&Co since September 2022, Raquel coordinates various HR functions while reporting to the Chief Human Resources Officer. Prior roles include managing HR training and development at MARTINAVARRO SL and leading HR strategy at Plasfesa Products, S.L. Raquel's career began at Grefusa and Sage España, where responsibilities encompassed the full employee lifecycle. Raquel's academic qualifications include a Licenciatura in Pedagogía from the University of Valencia and several advanced degrees from ESIC Business & Marketing School, including a Master's in Human Resources and a Senior Management Program in Digital Talent.
